We made seat reservations online through their website, easy peasy. We just printed the tickets out and took them with us to the gate! The parade was amazing! The people were so energetic and the floats were spectacular!
Our only regret was the time (it was a 9 p.m. parade the day before the race and we had been busy sightseeing all day). The kids were pooped by the time the parade started! We ended up staying for the first hour and then trying to get an early bus ride back to the hotel before the parade ended to beat the crowd (which sounded good, in theory, but the buses weren't running the route we needed to take due to the parade).
Long story short we ended up getting lost and walking back to the hotel pushing a 30 min. walk into an almost two hour adventure! We it home though and made some memories....and that's what it is all about!
